Using this web site, you can book tickets via Bankcard, MasterCard or Visa.
If you wish to purchase a season pass/ 3 session pass, you must pre-select ALL your preferred sessions in order to guarantee admission as many sessions will sell out!
IMPORTANT!!
Due to significant online sales, please allow us enough time to print and
file your tickets! This may take up to 4hrs.
Before proceeding with purchasing tickets online, please remember to:
1 - Carefully read the ticket information below and the terms & conditions
2 - Allow for up to 4hrs for ticket processing
3 - You will be sent a receipt via email, please print this out to redeem your ticket at the festival box office in order to gain admission. Please retain in a safe place.

Restrictions and Booking Fees
Please note: Due to film and censorship restrictions all sessions are restricted
to 15+ years and older.
NO REFUNDS unless sessions are cancelled due to weather or technical difficulties.
Single Session Ticket Sales
To book single session tickets, please click on single tickets on the left
menu, or search for the session you wish to attend. You'll need to choose
the type of ticket you wish to purchase (Full price, Industry Concession,
or Concession).
You can then pay with your Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard.
Season Pass/ 3 Session Pass Bookings
Note: Passes do not include opening/closing night tickets or seminars,
which must be purchased separately.
If you wish to purchase a season pass/ 3 session pass, you must pre-select ALL your preferred sessions in order to proceed with the booking and to guarantee admission as many sessions will sell out!
Once you have pre-selected your sessions and the booking is complete you are able to return to the web site using your login details and change your choice of sessions(eg. if you wish to go to the screening of The Best of Annecy but you originally booked Hall of Fame).
If you wish to use this facility any changes in your choice of sessions must be completed at least 4hrs prior to the session and can only be completed online using your login details.
Ticket Collection
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the start of the session time.
In order to pick up tickets you must:
- Print the receipt that will have been sent via email once the purchase is complete.
- Bring your receipt, credit card and/or pass used to book tickets
to:

Bondi Beach NSW 2026 - If you have purchased concession price tickets you must also bring proof of your concession.
Limited Tickets
Depending on the session, some sessions may be denoted as having Limited
Tickets. This condition occurs if the session will start within the next
4 hours, or if the quota for web sales has been reached. Limited tickets
may be available by visiting the festival box office at the Bondi Pavillion.
Sold Out
Sessions denoted as sold out have no further tickets available.
Security
All transactions are completed on our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
server.
It
encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number,
name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels
over the Internet.
The Payment Gateway also uses enhanced security features such as digital envelopes and content keys (1024 Bit RSA/IDEA).
